Hello, I’m Eva Petruzziello, the creator and guiding spirit of Simple n’ Delight. My diverse background in Communications and Education, coupled with a rich 24-year journey as a certified yoga teacher, shapes the ethos of our platform. My yoga practice, deeply ingrained in simplicity and mindfulness, influences my approach towards sustainable living.

Through my experiences as a gardener, outdoor enthusiast, and a mother navigating the complexities of allergies and asthma, I’ve learned the critical importance of a toxin-free environment. My time living in Japan and traveling through Asia broadened my perspective on our shared global responsibility towards the Earth.
